  • Pension Plan - The GTE Service Corporation Plan for Employees' Pensions (the Plan) provides benefits for eligible employees, retirees, their surviving spouses and other beneficiaries.
  • Savings Plan (401(k)) - This plan allows you to contribute 1-16 percent of pay, with pre- and post-paycheck deductions.  Your contributions are eligible for a company match in GTE stock.
  • US Savings Bonds - On your date of hire, or anytime thereafter, you are eligible to purchase U.S. Savings Bonds in $100, $200, $500, or $1,000 denominations through payroll deductions.
  • METPAY Insurance - This program allows employees to pay for insurance for their autos, homes, and other property through payroll deductions.
  • Life & Accident Insurance - GTE provides basic life insurance to employees and also offers group universal life insurance coverage for employees and dependents through payroll deductions.
